Crescent Bank is currently looking for dynamic, confident, and energetic collection associates to join our stellar team. This position offers an opportunity to be a part of a servicing environment that is looking to create solutions for Customers who need assistance with their sub-prime automobile loans while making the Customer’s experience simple and effective. Associates will be responsible for negotiating payment solutions during verbal telephone communications while utilizing a variety of tools to service and locate delinquent customers.
This position requires previous collections or call center experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to operate in a self-directed and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to learn in an ever-changing environment, excellent decision making ability, first-rate customer service skills, the ability to obtain and process new information, and a professional demeanor.

Crescent Bank offers:
At least one year previous experience in a collections call center environment that includes a complete understanding and full knowledge of Federal and State laws.
Automobile collections is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
