With a continual commitment to improvement and development in all areas of our business, Crescent Bank created a leadership development program aptly named LEAD representing Leadership, Excellence, Achievement and Development.
LEAD provides development opportunities for our managers to enable their growth, success of their teams, and build stronger relationships across the organization.
The LEAD program provides an engaging and fun forum where leaders step away from their normal daily workload to learn and share ideas for managing their work flow, working together more effectively, leading their teams through challenges, and coaching employees to be their best. It’s a creative and interactive learning space with the goal to improve their leadership and ultimately our entire teamwork culture!
