Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Crescent Bank does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint Marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • Crescent Bank does not jointly market.

For California Residents

We do not share personal information with affiliates or non-affiliates except as necessary for us to follow the law or as permitted by law.

For Vermont Residents
