Ways to Make a Payment
Crescent Bank offers several options for making your Auto Loan payment. See all of the options below.
Set up your auto loan to be paid automatically. It’s simple, safe, and convenient and there are no transaction fees for using Auto Pay. To get started, log in here or enroll online today or download a recurring payments authorization form.
Log in to pay online. Don’t have an online account? Click here to enroll. If you prefer not to log in, make a one-time online payment here. You will need a checking account or a debit card.

If paying cash, bring enough money to cover the Western Union fee in addition to your payment.
You will need to give the clerk the following information:
- Quick Collect City Code: CRESCENT LA
- Your 17-digit Account Number found on your Welcome Letter or on the right-hand corner of your monthly statement
Make a CASH payment at a participating 7-Eleven (open 24/7), CVS, or Ace Cash Express using PayNearMe. Find one near you.
To make a payment with PayNearMe:
- You will need your 17-digit account number found on your Welcome Letter or on the right-hand corner of your monthly statement.
- Get your PayCode sent to your email or smart phone by visiting paynearme.com/Crescent.
- Go to a store of your choice and tell the cashier to follow the steps on the PayCode.
- Pay with cash and get a receipt.

Your 17-digit account number can be found on your Welcome Letter or on the right-hand corner of your monthly statement. If you have not received your Welcome Letter or monthly statement, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-208-8288 Mon - Fri 7am - 8pm CT, Sat 8am - 1pm.
Look for these common errors:
- Account number – Make sure that you are using the correct account number and it is 17 digits.
- Zip code – Use the zip code associated with the billing address on your Crescent Bank account.
- It's possible we don’t have an email address or phone number associated with your account that can be used for multi-factor authentication. Please call us to to get started at 1-866-208-8288, Mon - Fri 7am - 8pm CT, Sat 8am - 1pm CT.
You can review your payment history by logging into your account.
Click here for username retrieval and follow these steps:
- Enter your 17-digit account number, Social Security number, and birth date, then click Continue.
- Choose a method to receive a verification code.
- Enter the verification code to retrieve your username.
Click here for password retrieval and follow these steps:
- Enter your username, 17-digit account number, Social Security number, and zip code, then click Continue.
- Choose a method to receive a verification code.
- Enter the verification code and reset your password.
- Verify that you entered the correct email address associated with your account.
- Ensure you have access to the device or email account that you selected to receive your verfication code.
- Check your spam or junk mail folder.
