Q: Why is Crescent Bank changing to Crescent Auto Finance?
o This move aligns two teams and their shared strengths to provide better, faster, and more flexible auto financing support. While the name may be changing, our commitment to you remains the same. There will be no disruption to your current service, and you can expect a smooth transition.
Q: Are there any changes to my contract?
o No, all contract terms will remain the same.
Q: Will the name on my title change and who will house paper titles?
o The name on the title will remain as Crescent Bank. However, paper titles will now be housed by Arra.
Q: Does my grace period change?
o No, the grace period will remain the same. It will be based on your contract.
Q: Is the website address the same?
o The new website is www.CrescentAutoFinance.com.
Q: Will I still be able to use the app?
o Yes, you can continue using the app. You can download the 'Crescent Bank' app in the app store.
Q: Will the Western Union and Money Gram codes change?
o No, they will remain the same.

Q: Is the payment mailing address the same?
o We have a new mailing address, and the overnight address remains unchanged:

Q: Can I still make my checks payable to Crescent Bank?
o No, checks should now be made payable to Crescent Auto Finance.
Q: Can I still pay at the branch location for Crescent Bank?
o No, in-person payments at the branch location are no longer available. However, you can still pay in person via MoneyGram or Western Union.
Q: Is PayNearMe still a payment option?
o No, PayNearMe is no longer available. Payment options include:
