The IDEAL Mission
To enact programs and process to promote inclusion, development and education for all employees.
Recognizing our employees have important ideas to share that will help us evolve as an organization and an employer, IDEAL developed from ideas generated in an internal focus group that included employees from all levels. The number one request was access to more tools to help develop life skills, such as financial planning, as well as professional development tools that would help achieve career success.
Leadership and all employees work together to continuously improve both personally and professionally through inclusion, development, and education for all.
Once chartered, an IDEAL Council was created. The IDEAL Council consists of employees from across the organization. They seek to promote the common interest of IDEAL and continue to be a source for additional ideas and programs to benefit and celebrate all employees. They support the mission in a compassionate and professional manner and demonstrate the Core Values.
